Minimum Order Value
We have a minimum order value of £12.00 including VAT (£10.00 + VAT).
Delivery Charges
We deliver to the UK only.
We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible. You will normally receive your order within 5 working days.
We make a standard delivery charge of £4.96 (£4.13 + VAT) for orders under £50.00, and FREE for orders of £50.00 or over.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Workwear Depot offers a 30 day returns policy with the following conditions:
- Please return unsuitable goods in an unused condition within 30 days of receipt
- We will happily exchange goods for another size if required
- To prevent damage, please ensure footwear is tried on while standing on a carpet or rug
- On receipt of goods back from you, refunds are issued within seven working days
- Please note that postage costs are not refunded (except in the case of faulty goods or an error on our part)
- Workwear Depot's returns policy is independent of, and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Returns Form
If you do need to return something, we would be grateful if you could print out and fill in one of our standard returns forms. Simply send the completed form back with the goods you're returning. If you can't use the form, be sure to let us know your name, address and order number. Thanks!
